The basics:
- Where to find it: Web Support online form
- You can access the Web site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Staff is available to respond to Web Support requests during our principal hours
of operation are Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Pacific Time (excluding
US holidays)
What to expect:
- There is no charge for Web Support.
- To initiate a Technical Support request via Web Support, simply fill out the
form, using your browser.
- We will need to know the serial number of your board.
- Any other information you can provide us about the hardware configuration of
your system will expedite the Technical Support process.
- We will respond to your Web Support within one hour of receiving it, provided it
arrives before 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
- Web Support requests that arrives after 4:00 p.m. or outside our principal hours
of operation will be addressed the next business day.
